Youth Music Interest Form

We offer music opportunities for youth of all ages! Please complete this form if your kids or students:

  1. Have interest in future Pop-Up Youth Choir dates
    -OR-
  2. Have interest in special music / solo opportunities (normally at Traditional Worship)

Pop-Up Youth Choir
  • Open to any kids & students, whether or not they read music
  • Led by Cathy Yseth from Calvary's music team
  • Rehearse 3 Sundays from 11:30a-12:15p
  • Sing the 4th Sunday at Traditional Worship (8:30a)
  • When Pop-Up Youth Choir dates are available, you can find them on our Registrations page HERE.
Special Music / Solos
  • Open to kids & students who have some musical experience (vocal or instrumental)
  • Typically during our Sunday Traditional Worship (8:30a)
